CHED “sleeping on the job” related to the less than half of nursing students passing exams says Philippine President Aquino

Newly elected President Aquino did not hide his dismay on the commission’s performance after learning that more than half of the country’s nursing schools posted a record of below the national passing average.

 Earlier, Angeles also bared that in a seven-year period (2001 to 2008), the number of flunkers in the Philippine Regulation Commission-administered licensure exams exceeded the number of board passers by as much as 1.42 million, or about 64 percent.
