Fresh graduates are in an awful situation once
they graduate. Some hospitals are
trying to gain profit from these newly licensed RNs by making them pay for their
“training fee” and to “render nursing care services to the hospital”. DOUBLE
WHAMMY? I absolutely agree that to be on greener pastures in nursing, you have
to start at hell first with minimal chance of going
up.
